Our capsules are made for simplicity. Pop one into any Nespresso® Original machine, press the button, and let the magic flow. No mess, no prep: just good coffee, fast. Pro tip: run a quick water rinse first to warm your cup and freshen your machine.

How should I store my capsules?

Keep them somewhere cool, dry, and away from direct light. Each capsule is already sealed for freshness, but good storage keeps the aroma and flavor at their peak.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

Not yet. We’re all about capsules. Each one is perfectly dosed and ground so you don’t have to measure, grind, or guess. Just effortless espresso, every time.

Can I subscribe to receive coffee regularly?

Yes! You can subscribe to have your favorite blends delivered on repeat: weekly, monthly, or whenever you need a refill. It’s one less thing to think about, and always one step closer to a better day.

Why does your coffee taste so good?

Because we care about the details. Beans come from high-altitude farms in Panama, Colombia, Ethiopia, and South America. They’re roasted in small batches, packed fresh in Lebanon, and sealed tight so all you taste is smooth, bold, never-bitter coffee.

Is your coffee ethically sourced?

Yes. Every bean is grown by farmers and cooperatives we trust. They’re paid fairly, their communities are respected, and everything is done with transparency.

What about sustainability?

Our beans are grown with care for the earth: shade-grown, clean water, and sustainable farming practices that protect ecosystems while making coffee taste better.

How fresh is the coffee really?

Very. Each blend is roasted in small batches and sealed right away. That means what’s in your cup was packed at its peak, not months ago.

Do you support local communities?

Absolutely. From roasting to packing, we keep the process close to home in Lebanon. Every capsule supports local producers, small businesses, and a community built on care.

What’s your return policy?

At DAYS, your happiness means everything to us. While we don’t offer returns or refunds, we’ve got you covered if something goes wrong. If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, just let us know within 24 hours. Send us your order number, a quick description, and a photo or two. We’ll review it right away and, if confirmed, send out a replacement as fast as possible. No stress, no fuss — just making sure you get the coffee you were meant to enjoy.
